Goods refunds

Customers are entitled to return or exchange any goods at any shop in accordance with the following principles:

• the goods will be accepted with the presentation of the sales slip, provided they are in the appropriate condition and that they are returned within a time limit of 90 days from the date of purchase – this deadline is valid from 4.5.2005

• in the case of a refund without a sales slip, customers will be provided with a credit voucher at the value of the last known price of the given goods
• a refund shall not be provided for:
  • products that have been used, worn or are unclean,
  • with tags removed, damaged packaging,
  • adjusted,
  • bought as damaged or unclean, without a receipt,
  • cosmetics and toiletries, costume jewellery

A wide range of sizes and variations

The offer of various lengths in a single size, the option of the separate purchase of a jacket and any lower section of ladies’ twin sets and men’s suits.

The ordering and reservation service

The ordering of the required goods from the store or from another shop within 48 hours (according to the schedule of obligations); the reservation of selected goods at a shop for up to 24 hours.

The advisory service

Our specially trained staff provide customers with information about sizes, the material composition of the products and their maintenance.

The bust measuring service

In order to enable easier orientation among the wide range of Marks & Spencer underwear, specially trained shop assistants measure customers, issue them with a personal card which makes purchases easy even for the customer’s partner, inform the customer about new practical products and recommend the most advantageous type of bra for maximum support and comfort.

Tailoring modifications

If the chosen goods require the lengthening or shortening of sleeves and legs, we will have them tailored precisely according to the customer’s requirements.

The gift wrapping service

Our staff will be happy to gift wrap any purchased goods upon request.

Gift vouchers

If a customer is unsure when purchasing gifts, we have gift vouchers in the value of 500 CZK with unlimited validity. The vouchers are also accepted in  Marks & Spencer stores in Great Britain!

The Marks & Spencer Club

During any purchase, regardless of its value, every Marks & Spencer customer is offered the option of membership in The Marks & Spencer Club. Members of the Marks & Spencer Club gain benefits according to valid rules of Club.

Sale of goods using the Charge-On-Delivery service

Customers may order goods to be delivered by COD at the customer service desk, situated in every Marks & Spencer store. Goods are mailed using the Czech Post´s business parcel service for a flat fee of 120 CZK within the Czech Republic only.
