Refund Policy

Refund on goods - the customer is entitled to return or exchange any product in any store in accordance with the following principles:

• goods with a proof of purchase (a receipt) shall be accepted within 90 days from the date of purchase if they are in an appropriate condition - this period is in effect as of 4^th May, 2005

• if the customer requests a refund without a receipt, s/he shall receive a credit voucher to the value of the latest known price of the product.

• A refund shall not be provided for: 
• products that have been used, worn, or are unclean,
• with tags removed, damaged packaging,
• with taiolered adjustments,
• bought as damaged or soiled - without a receipt,
• cosmetics and toiletries,
• costume jewellery.

Dear customers, as of 1st of August 2010, our refunds policy changes to 35 days. The new policy applies to goods purchased on this day and after.
